**Job Summary**

**Duties and responsabilities**
- Sale invoices: (i) invoicing and related accounting; (ii) collection and related accounting; (iii) maintenance of customers records;
- Purchase invoices: (i) accounting of national, Intra UE and Extra UE invoices; (ii) payments and related accounting; (iii) maintenance of suppliers records;
- Treasury: (i) reconciliation of bank statements to accounts; (ii) reconciliation of credit card statements to accounts; (iii) main financial accounting journals;
- Monthly VAT settlements, quarterly VAT settlements (LIPE) and annual VAT return in coordination with the external fiscal consultant;
- General accounting and controls for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements;
- Preparation of the mandatory notes to the half year and annual financial statements.

**Qualification and skills**

Knowledge of the Navision accounting program will be considered preferential requirements

The profile is completed by excellent communication and relational skills, excellent organizational skills, the ability to work in a team, excellent problem solving skills, attention to order, curiosity and flexibility.
