**Description**

Are you interested in joining the Europe Demand Team? In this role you would work closely with local commercial, marketing, digital and growth teams to deliver analysis and recommendations that support healthy, sustainable growth across the region.

We are looking for someone with strong experience in data analysis and project management to assist on a variety of projects, including store demand segmentation, delivery fee analysis, and digital marketing optimization.

**What you'll be doing**
- Segmenting our gstores based on level of demand and working closely with other functions to deliver recommendations for sustainable growth
- Working with finance teams to analyse the profitability of our stores across Europe and designing plans to improve profitability per order
- Championing our customers by working with customer experience to improve CX metrics on a local level
- Designing and implementing our delivery fee and minimum basket strategy
- Creating a customer communication strategy for all our digital and in-app communications

In this role, you will be able to develop skills in strategy and data analysis, while working on projects that touch all aspects of our business. It's a perfect opportunity to become a well-rounded Getirian, and to work with senior stakeholders from across our global business.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelors degree or equivalent
- Have a strong analytical mindset and experience performing deep dives on data
- Specifically, you should be experienced with some or all of the following tools: Tableau, Mixpanel and Excel
- Have strong instincts for data visualisation and storytelling. Some experience with powerpoint is a plus
- Have strong stakeholder and time management skills
- Be willing to go beyond the scope of your initial responsibilities and grow with the company
- Be proactive and comfortable with ambiguity
- Be a team player with a great sense of humour
- Fluency in english
- Some language skills in French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German and Dutch are a bonus
