**Functional Analyst in Payments**:
TXT Assioma, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Functional Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in the role, to join their expanding team in Milan.
**Main Activities**:
Requirements gathering and analysis;
Preparation and subsequent sharing of functional specifications with the technical team;
Collaboration with the Development and Testing team;
Management of potential variations or change requests;
Creation of user manuals;
Interaction with clients and business.
**Required skills**:
Knowledge of Confluence, Jira or similar tools;
Experience/competence in drafting technical documentation (e.g. functional analysis documents);
Understanding of complex software systems and architectures (e.g. API, open systems, microservices etc..);
Familiarity with payment systems/credit cards;
Proficiency in tools for creating flowcharts/activity diagrams;
Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
The profile is completed by good teamwork skills, autonomy, precision and method.
