We are currently looking for a Trainee in the Global Documentation & Training team, within the Global Quality System & Integration organization.

The trainee will report to the Global Documentation & Training Manager and will work closely to expert Document Controllers and Training Administrators in supporting the operations.

The resource will liaise with local and global internal stakeholders from the different Evotec sites in the management of Quality System Documents and related training through the electronic Document Management System (Veeva), ensuring the compliance and the distribution and will support the implementation and the improvement of new feature in the system.

In details, the resource will be involved in:
Responsibilities- Support the implementation of new feature in the eDMS system- Manage the creation and the distribution of Quality System documents using the electronic Document Management System- Manage the GxP training matrix and GxP training modules using the electronic Learning system- Support client and regulatory audit- Work to appropriate regulatory standard (e.g.: GLP, GMP, GCP)- Provide support to the internal stakeholder for the relevant quality processes- Actively support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the GMP Quality System (local and global)- Review related quality records for completeness and accuracy- Maintain relevant quality logs and track quality metrics as needed- Manage the archiving of the quality system documentation as per local procedure

Other Duties- Support the team to prepare training materials

Preferable- Awareness of GxP requirements (e.g.: GxP training available)- Strong computer literacy; Office 365 package, and graphical / marketing / training tools

Qualifications, competences and abilities for the role- Comfortable with computer systems and workflows- Good listening, communication and team working skills, with ability to interact across stakeholders.- Good creative, technical, innovative and problem-solving skills.- Good written and spoken English.- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities.- Demonstrated flexibility in adjusting to a rapidly changing workload and attitude to provide support to colleagues during times of high stress.
