**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:
The Venue Transport Coordinator will:

- Assist and support the Venue Transport Manager in the planning, management and delivery of all aspects relating to Venue Transport. This is an essential role as the project evolves to manage all the venues for Milano Cortina 2026. Due to the complexity of the project and its geographical spread across Northern Italy, the Venue Transport Manager will require support to ensure a timely delivery of all key targets.
- Interface with all Functional areas within the organization as well as all stakeholders in order to help identify the best Transport solution for all clients groups
- Interface with Venue design team to integrate all needs and requirements for the Transport operation.
- Design the transport hubs and remote parking areas
- Compile the Venue Operation plans for each venue
- Prepare training material for the delivery team and interact with local stakeholders to ensure all partners are fully operative at Games Times
- Assist the Venue Transport Manager in the creation of any Material necessary such as presentations, drawings, manuals that will be used at Games Times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in transport planning
- Proven experience in delivery of Operation
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Driving licence
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Multi sport event background will be a plus
