Field Marketing & Training Specialist Italy - Temporary

What you will do

The resource supports Field Marketing and Training Manager in:

- preparation and carrying out of product training activities on product for Italian market
- management of projects on field: Promoter and Brand Ambassador

In particular:

- Collaborate with Product/Communication Marketing for preparation of product training material and updating on new launches and promotions;
- Collaborate with Sales Sell In to identify customers on which implement the training activity;
- Support in the planning and implementation of classroom and local training sessions (on and offline) about all the group's products and brands, both to retail and traditional channels;
- Support the training on product for internal teams: Sales Sell In and Sell Out, Marketing, Brand Ambassador and Promoter;
- Support the coordination with external agencies for various Field Marketing projects;
- Monitor the progress, results and KPIs of the Promoter project on the specific dashboard to evaluate any panel redefinition actions;
- Weekly update of promoter principals;
- Monitor the availability of POP materials to Brand Ambassadors for a maximum efficiency in the shop;
- Support in presentations for Sell Out team meetings with Regional Account Managers, Brand Ambassadors and Promoters

What you need to succeed

Must have- Availability for national business travels- Knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Education:_ Degree in Economics or related field
- Professional Experience_: previous experience (internship) in Product Marketing/Marketing is preferred
- Languages: _Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Soft skills: _Strong communication skills and important relational skills at all levels, curiosity and resourcefulness
