**Responsibilities**:

- Daily bookkeeping of source data in accounting system.
- Manage and complete bank reconciliations.
- Execute assigned controls in accordance with the Group Internal Control System.
- Review of expense documents submitted to Expense Management System for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconciliation of blockchain transactions.
- Archive, organize, and label bank ledgers, account statements, and portfolio reports efficiently.
- Payments execution and associated processes.
- Support the Finance team in preparing weekly management reports.
- Support in preparing information to be delivered to auditors.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within financial operations
- Complete ad-hoc tasks promptly and provide support to other departments.
- University or College degree in the field of Accounting and Finance
- Accounting and finance experience of minimum of 3 years in a similar role and environment
- Good knowledge of IFRS and GAAP
- ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA qualifications or ongoing certification would be considered as an advantage
- English language - Proficiency
- MS Excel / Google Sheets - Proficiency
- Proactive and willing to learn
