Join our dynamic Regulation & Compliance Team, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of Sidel equipment. In this position, you will lead the coordination and contribution to our PFAS compliance program while also supporting our RoHS and REACH initiatives. Additionally, you will engage in risk assessments and the consolidation of technical files for a diverse range of Sidel machines, making a meaningful impact on our commitment to quality and regulatory excellence. **Your Mission**:
Main contributor and coordinator of PFAS compliance program for all Sidel Equipment:

- monitors legal updates worldwide
- consolidates the coordinates cross functional activities between departments
- secures the respect all deliverables of the program,
- prepares or contributes to the preparation of governance documentation

Additionaly you will be part of the regulation team of specialist with the following scope:

- Contributes to Risk Assessment activities and technical file consolidation for our Machines
- Contributes to issue company rules and guidelines to secure that Sidel keeps or achieves compliance to law requirements or international standards or guidelines in a specific Product compliance domain, ex. Machinery safety, Low Voltage, electromagnetic compatibility, food safety, Export Control, REACH, RoHS....
- Checks and validates technical engineering solutions linked to safety and/or compliance to law requirements, ensures Sidel processes are fully supporting safety and compliance.

**Your Profile**:

- Master Degree or equivalent
- Business/Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge in equipment safety, food safety or chemistry is a plus
- English mandatory, French and/or Italian as a plus
- Computer Science
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in cross-functional and international teams
- Proactive, strong problem solving/analytical attitude
- Strong sense of self-motivation and determined
