Our client is an important multinational company, with a leading position in the Beauty Sector. With the aim of strengthening the Direct To Consumer & CRM Department, we are looking for a:
**DIGITAL DATA & ANALYSIS SPECIALIST**:

- Collect key insights to be translated into the DTC & CRM ecosystem and a Lead Data Driven Culture within local initiatives;
- Translate business goals into digital marketing objectives, creating and communicating targets/briefs, focusing on digital marketing best practices and standards within the organization, addressing Reporting, Measurement and Return on Investment (ROI);
- Partner with HQ and Marketing team to develop specific digital strategies and identify requirements for supporting all launches via customer personas analysis and definition.
- 3 or more years relevant business experience in data analysis within companies focused on Digital Marketing, CRM and Customer Journey or within agencies or consulting companies;
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager;
- Good skills in using BI tools (eg Google Data Studio, Tableau);
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus;
- Full proficiency English.
- Solid analytical skills with a creative approach;
- Excellent organizational, task and time management skills;
- Proactivity, autonomy, problem solving attitude and attention to detail;
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
**Location**:
Milano, with 2 days a week of smart-working.
