Guest Experience Agent

In vista della Stagione 2026, Russotti Gestioni Hotels è alla ricerca di un/una **Guest Experience Agent**per la nostra rinomata struttura alberghiera **Delta Hotels Marriott Giardini Naxos.**
La figura**sarà inserita all’interno del team Guest Experience per portare avanti la nostra missione di massima soddisfazione del cliente, con l’obiettivo di far vivere un’esperienza luxury personalizzata agli ospiti più esigenti.

**Responsabilità principali**:

- Identificare il profilo di VIP, CIP, Marriott Bonvoy élite members
- Coordinare le fasi di pre-arrival, stay e check-out degli ospiti
- Mettere in contatto gli ospiti con i vari servizi interni ed esterni dell'hotel
- Essere sempre aggiornati su menù, eventi, offerte da promuovere e sui diversi standard di servizio
- Creare un’esperienza memorabile per gli ospiti

**Caratteristiche ricercate**:

- Minimo un anno di esperienza in Hotel (preferibilmente al reparto Front Office e/o F&B)
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata). La conoscenza di altre lingue é gradita.
- La conoscenza del software Opera PMS costituisce requisito preferenziale
- Abilità comprovata di interfacciarsi regolarmente con gli ospiti dell’hotel e con i colleghi/responsabili degli altri reparti. Gestione delle recensioni scritte e delle appreciation letters.
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative
- Affidabilità, proattività, orientamento a pensare fuori dagli schemi e a trovare soluzioni
- Capacità di lavorare in team con un approccio sempre positivo
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office

For the 2026 Season, Russotti Gestioni Hotels is looking for a **Guest Experience Agent** for our renowned hotel, **Delta Hotels Marriott Giardini Naxos.**
The role will be part of the Guest Experience team to carry forward our mission of achieving maximum customer satisfaction, with the goal of providing a personalized luxury experience to the most discerning guests.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Identify VIP, CIP, and Marriott Bonvoy elite members
- Coordinate the pre-arrival, stay, and check-out phases of guests
- Connect guests with the various internal and external services of the hotel
- Stay up-to-date on menus, events, promotions to be advertised, and different service standards
- Create a memorable experience for guests

**Desired qualifications**:

- At least one year of experience in a hotel (preferably in the Front Office and/or F&B department)
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS software is a preferred requirement
- Proven ability to regularly interact with hotel guests and colleagues/managers from other departments.
- Management of written reviews and appreciation letters.
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliability, proactivity, ability to think outside the box and find solutions
- Ability to work in a team with a consistently positive approach
- Good knowledge of the Office suite
