- We are looking for a **General Manager Sales, Mediterranean Region** responsible for the sales of our E&A, In-Situ, Epoxy, and Recon Service Products. This position will report to the Director, Mediterranean, Parts and Field Service.
- The preferred location for this position is in Genova (Italy), but also Harfleur (France) can be considered.

**Your role and responsibilities**

**As a General Manager Sales, Mediterranean Region you will focus on these responsibilities**:

- Engage potential customers, building and nurturing long-term relationships to understand their business needs and position our services as solutions to their challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales support and technical experts, to develop customized proposals, presentations, and demonstrations for customers.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network, showcase our services, and generate leads for potential customers.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with customers, leveraging a consultative selling approach to showcase the value of our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project hand overs.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts to the management team using Salesforce.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact the target markets, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the sales operations.

**Requirements for the position**
- At least 5 years of work experience in sales with a proven track record of success.
- Good understanding and knowledge of our E&A products is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales processes and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Excellent customer focus and ability to build strategic relationships.
- High business acumen and results-driven mindset.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 60% of the time) throughout the Mediterranean Region.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as French or Italian is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at various organizational levels.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our services effectively.
