**MAIN PURPOSE**

As a member within in a client service team in boutique, he/she is in charge the CS administration of the boutique. He/she coordinates and ensures the back office Care Services activity in the boutique ensuring all administration of files from registration to payment, including follow up, control and analysis.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Key responsibility 1: Cartier Client service rules & policies**:

- Respect the image and client service rules of the Maison
- **Key responsibility 2: RO’s / Clients & notifications management.**:

- Records clients data’s
- Creates and attributes the notification to boutique or workshop / repair center.
- Controls of the notification recorded by boutique staff
- Key-in, control and print the file follow-up sheet.
- Follow-up the clients files in cooperation with the boutique staff, watchmaker, or/and the jeweller. Controls files’ status and lead-times with anomaly report
- Archiving the closed files
- Bills for in-boutique services
- **Key responsibility 4 : Client contact & welcome**:

- welcomes and answers clients’ requests Informs clients directly about the status of the repair (spare part shortage, repair ready for collection )
- **Key responsibility 5: Stock and RO’s monitoring**:

- Stock monitoring: Spare parts, leather straps, CS accessories
- Stock (daily): prepare orders and place orders for in boutique repairs, deliveries follow-up.
- Stock management: orders, follow-up, receiving, & inventories:

- ROs inventories (every 2 months)
- Deliveries: transfers registrations, transfers to plat-form, and receptions from Repair centers
- **Key responsibility 6: Cash**:

- Money collection
- Payments registration
- Sales files control
- Cash control
