Are you ready to grow your career to the next level? Would you like to be part of a highly capable and motivated team using your communication and organizational skills to support our customers? You don't have to wait long as Viasat is looking grow its Customer Experience Team in Italy. You will be based in our office in Vicenza (near CC Palladio).

The day-to-day:
In this exciting front line customer care position supporting the growing customer base at Viasat, you will support our residential and professional broadband customer base as well as our Partners on fields if required. You will be taking inbound calls and manage communications to assist with customers’ experience and retention. In this customer centric role, your troubleshooting skills and ability to problem solve with fast paced resolution will help to exceed our customer’s expectations.

What you'll need:

- 4+ years of customer service experience
- Solid knowledge of legal aspects involved in our line of business, such as AGCOM Regulations and Corecom ConciliaWeb Portal
- Telecommunication industry experience
- Focused on First Contact Resolution
- Commercial skills in order to support new customers in the purchase and activation process
- Enthusiastic attitude to fulfil the needs of existing customers with their products
- Addresses complaints with the goal of increasing satisfaction, retaining customers, anticipating future problems and proactively addressing them to build customer loyalty
- Technical aptitude and a willingness to own complex issues through to resolution
- Comfortable working through challenging situations with customers
- Experience with new project and product launches / deployments
- Ability to sell the value of satellite services, or interest in this domain
- English language for reading or writing for technical documentations
- High school diploma
- Familiar and passionate for technology
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Italy
