As an Operations Supervisor, you will coordinate and supervise shop operations in the Production Area of reference, following the directions of the Ops Leader and in line with Planning and Manufacturing Engineering plans, ensuring compliance with HSE, Quality and Integrity standards.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

- Making sure that all team members follow the safety rules (HSE), promoting a culture of Perfect Day and Stop Work Authority.
- Supporting talks organization on HSE issues, Quality, and improvement initiatives (i.e. Ideas and Concerns).
- Verifying the completeness and the correctness of the documents (cycles, test plan, drawings) and engage, if necessary, the relevant Support Function.
- Making sure that the tools and equipment are available and properly used at each workstation.
- Documenting and investigating non-conformities at the point of occurrence and supporting operations with corrective & preventive actions.
- Supporting operators activities with expertise and facilitating technical discussion with UTOF and Engineering Department;
- Supporting daily production activity with incoming, in-process, and final inspection.
- Working closely with product engineering, supplier quality, sourcing, and operations to disposition non-conformities.
- Review and evaluate digital test plan to guarantee timely wip closure
- Support consistent and effective shift-to-shift transition.
- Supporting line performance KPIs guarantying line accounting (i.e. DL hours, Inefficiencies, OTD ).
- Documenting and investigating non-conformities at the point of occurrence and supporting operations with corrective & preventive actions.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- At least 10 years of experience with manufacturing processes and products
- Be fluent in Italian, both oral and written
- Show high-energy, self-motivation, willing to take on responsibilities across functions and teams boundaries.
- Display strong oral and written communication skills.
- Be available to work on 4 shifts.
- Hold a EU work permit.
- Show Interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to influence others.
- Be fluent in English.
- Have an excellent time management skills.
- Be ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Show superior listening skills.
