This is an outstanding opportunity in the Italian affiliate of Novo Nordisk, as Legal, Ethics & Compliance (LEC) Partner Obesity.

**Position**

In the role of LEC Partner Obesity, you will directly report to Senior Manager Legal, Ethics & Compliance Obesity of the Italian affiliate, and support the latter in reaching the agreed IO Obesity LEC priorities at the affiliate and BU level. You will act as business partner for the Obesity BU, developing innovative solutions in compliance with applicable internal and external rules, with specific support to field projects and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide fast, effective, high quality and business-oriented day to day legal and compliance support to the Obesity BU stakeholders, acting as an advisor on all legal and compliance matters relating to the obesity area.
- Identify, review, and analyse relevant laws and regulations for the obesity area.
- Evaluate and analyse legal and compliance risks and provide updates and assessment to the Sr Manager Obesity LEC.
- Draft and review contracts and internal policies and guidelines (SOPs) relevant for the obesity area.
- Support in the delivery of focused LEC training to affiliate Obesity BU and develop Obesity LEC local guidance materials as needed to educate relevant stakeholders.

The position is based in Rome but travel to the field on a regular basis, within the national territory, to closely advise and work with the sales colleagues is required as a fundamental part of this position.

**Qualifications**

To be qualified for this position you need to hold a Degree in Law, and you have gained a solid experience (+4 years) within a corporate legal department (experience in compliance will be considered a plus). Pharma industry experience is ideal but other relevant experience (e.g., FMCG) can be considered. Moreover, you must be fluent both in Italian and English.

- Ability to create solid and effective partnerships with field stakeholders, and to identify innovative solutions in line with the relevant LEC rules.

**About the department**

The Legal, Ethics, Compliance and Quality Department provides support and legal assistance to corporate functions, across all Business Units, as well as oversees the quality management system at the local level.
