**Description**:

We are currently strengthening our team within the** Construction area.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Support to the technical-commercial office in defining the technical section of contracts and estimating civil works budgets
- Project scheduling through constructability analysis and planning of internal and external activities
- Follow-up with technical offices for civil engineering activities and review of detailed design documentation
- Preparation of technical specifications and purchase requests for subcontracts and material supplies
- Standardization and technical-economic alignment of offers received from suppliers
- Management of supplier contracts, monitoring work progress reports (WPR), invoicing, and performance
- Monitoring of civil works quantities and costs in collaboration with the cost controller
- Support to the Construction Manager in managing external interfaces with Clients, Authorities, and Consultants
- Management of the civil works scope of supply towards the Client
- Support to construction sites during the building phase for issues related to supplies/subcontracts
- Closure of supply and subcontract contracts from a technical and economic perspective

**Technical Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Ability to read and manage detailed design documentation
- Ability to draft tender specifications and technical requirements
- Technical and economic management skills for subcontracts
- Knowledge of Italian and European technical regulations
- Familiarity with international standards (American, British, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of technical design and construction aspects of civil engineering works
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Word/Excel)
- Knowledge of Primavera or Microsoft Project for scheduling
- Familiarity with Navisworks and/or other software for 3D model visualization, and experience with BIM methodology
