- Assistant Brand Manager - Internship_

We need a person that will work inside the Marketing department, supporting the Vitamins Brand Marketing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Supporting the team with the day by day sell out analysis (market trends, competition monitoring, internal performances );
- Supporting the team in the implementation of marketing strategy, collaborating with various internal departments;
- Supporting the Brand Manager in creating all new media assets;
- Cooperating with external agencies to ensure smooth content process;
- Outlooking on consumer dynamics and trends with qualitative analysis to inject new insights to the strategy.

Thanks to this experience, the Intern will have the opportunity to:

- build a solid understanding of the company's internal processes
- understand market and context data with a deep knowledge of trends, insights, brands and competitors
- acquire a good knowledge of the development and design of a new product launch strategy, being able to influence all the levers of the marketing mix and deepen the knowledge of communication strategies
- focus on project management, managing her/his own tasks with responsibility on accuracy and timing

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Marketing or similar.
- Genuine passion for marketing and communication activities, aimed at achieving objectives and working as a team player with a positive and proactive approach.
- Good analytical and precision skills to be able to face the assigned tasks.
- Ability to manage complexity with multiple projects.
- Being proactive and agile
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
