We are looking for our Facility Manager in Tivoli site (Plant and Headquarter).
Facility manager takes care of the planning and maintenance of the buildings inside the site, evaluates the technical aspects of the activities to be carried out and starts the intervention with the issue of Purchasing requisition, also by managing contractors.
He / She supports EH&S manager together with RSPP and Energy Manager. He / She is responsible for the management of plant metrology; prepares the calibration plans and takes care of their execution within the established times.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining factory’s buildings in safe condition
- Managing and respecting budget
- Issuing on regular bases facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures and purchases report
