As our Inventory Leader, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the region inventory levels and strategies.

As an Inventory Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Monitoring inventory levels and ensures the weekly increase or decrease in levels are aligned to the business
- Implementing inventory stocking strategies, developing methods and programs to optimize the utilization of inventory
- Monitoring levels of safety stock, global and aging inventory and works with regions and manufacturing plants to address accordingly
- Providing updates to inventory projections and creates mitigation plans as needed, reviewing Slow Moving Inventory (SMI) with regions and involves other functional groups to reduce SMI risks.
- Forecasting inventory reserves and work create action plan for mitigation
- Working with the demand planner to create the netted demand plan, and with the supply planner to implement stocking strategies for local providers
- Collaborating with regions to phase in new product inventory and develop plans for effectively managing replaced inventory

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent experience
- Show experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management
- Display a deep knowledge of SAP and MRP functionality, and ability to work with and influence stakeholders
- Show strategic thinking with tactical execution with a sense of urgency
- Have a APICS Certification (desired characteristic)
