This role, reporting to the Marketing Manager, will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating work environment alongside talented professionals.
The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing the editorial plans and contents for the various channels of the group (Instagram, TikToK, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube).
The Social Media Specialist will manage the operational activities related to brand awareness and online communication of both national and international training courses (masters, courses, events) and editorial publications (books and eBooks with and without ECM), collaborating with the Marketing Manager.
The professional we are looking for is self-driven, proactive, and highly collaborative. She/he is a fully competent individual contributor, works on varied and complex tasks and is responsible for all corporate social profiles.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Creation of content for Social (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & LinkedIn).
- Creation of texts optimized for articles and product pages.
- Creation and care of the editorial plan.
- Creation and editing multimedia images and videos with tools like Canva or Cupcut.
- Creation of audiences and paid campaigns for Social (Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn).
- Analysis and monitoring of campaigns.
**Requisiti**:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Experience in Editorial or Psychological sector is welcome.
- Good knowledge of English - Spanish knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in remote teamwork.
- Willing to travel up to 15% of time.
- Good knowledge of the Adobe/Canva package is welcome.
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
