**Job summary**

**Key purpose of the role**

**Opening and closing of the school** - Guarantees the opening and closing of the school at the established times. It guarantees the correct entry and exit of students, monitoring the registration procedures and the correct fulfillment of the entry procedures of external guests and staff. Supports the entry and exit of external suppliers in agreement with the Facilities department. It keeps the reception area tidy and sober.

**Organization agenda / other activities** - Supports the departments in the management of appointments / events with internal and external guests and the booking of spaces or other services that may be necessary (taxi, catering, etc...). It supports departments and teachers in carrying out activities aimed at students (sending certificates, documents, information, collecting materials, assistance during lessons...).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Politics - Economics - Humanistics - Languages
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of Office Suite
- Empathy and a strong attitude to interpersonal relationships
- Proactivity and Team player
