**RDM Group** is a leading and innovative multinational group in the circular economy sector, leader in paper recycling. RDM Group is the second largest European producer of coated recycled carton board, the largest in Italy, France and the Iberian Peninsula.

As a part of the Digital Transformation project, we are looking for an:
**Group Master Data Manager - Finance & Operations**

You will be responsible for defining the Master Data Management process and service model across the Corporation, consolidating existing solutions and methods, working with all the Process Owners & the Data Architecture team on defining and maintaining Information Architecture.

**Responsibilities**:

- Being part of a function focused on the Digital strategy of the company, the duty is focused on **Master Data for ERP in all its dimensions**;
- Support the implementation of a strategic master data collection structure in complex business environments to the benefit of business efficiency and effectiveness;
- **Develop and expand the content of the Master Data governance framework** across Corporation plants and systems, enabling integration and reconciliation and ensuring it is complete, accurate and up to date;
- Work with key stakeholders across and outside the Corporation to develop and manage key master data business processes;
- Develop standard **operating procedures (SOP)** including information processing, policies, strategies, standards and procedures to keep and protect the integrity and structure of material master data and add value and/or competitive advantage;
- Define requirements and rules for data consolidation, including data quality checking, matching and merging, supported by data governance and stewardship structures;
- Work strictly with **Strategy and ICT and all stakeholders department** to build a successful Master Data Migration roadmap and timeline;
- In collaboration with Data Architecture and delivery teams, review and approve technical designs for architectural data requirements, contribute to the design and development of flow of data between disparate sources;
- Assist with data **mappings, modelling, profiling, query design, strategy, governance and data quality improvement**.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in economics or equivalent culture;
- At least 3 years working experience in base support;
- Fluency in Italian and English; German, French or Spanish knowledge is a plus;
- High level communication skills - ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences;
- Business focused and able to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships;
- Problem solving mindset;
- Understanding of project management, change management and systems processes;
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to influence others;
- Excellent Problem-solving capabilities and skills, flexibility;
- Strong aptitude for learning and acquiring new concepts and ways of working;
- Follow up mindset, report on activities carried out in order to improve efficiency;
- Ability to work with users, suppliers, teams with different cultures and mindsets.

**Location**: HQ Milan, Viale isonzo 25 - Availability for business trips abroad.
