EP Produzione è la società italiana di generazione elettrica del Gruppo energetico ceco EPH. Con una capacità di generazione complessiva di 4,3 GW, attraverso cinque impianti a gas e uno a carbone, è il 5° produttore di energia in Italia

**Posizione**:
La risorsa, all’interno dell’Area Mid-Term Optimization, avrà l'opportunità di seguire un percorso formativo in un ambiente di lavoro dinamico con focus sul mercato elettrico, di partecipare alle attività quotidiane del team e di seguire nuovi progetti.
- Definire l'economic generation per il portafoglio di impianti di produzione elettrica per l'orizzonte temporale di 1-7 anni (Mid-Term Plan);
- Definire le strategie di bidding relative a prodotti di medio termine in collaborazione con l'Area Short-Term Optimization;
- Gestire i piani di manutenzione nell'orizzonte temporale che va dal mese all'anno;
- Analizzare lo scenario del mercato elettrico e il comportamento dei competitor;
- Supportare il team nelle attività relative al Capacity Market;
- Supportare l'Area Operation per gli impatti economici delle modifiche tecniche/tecnologiche del portafoglio degli impianti;
- Gestire i contratti Suppo - Must-run/ tolling/VPP;
- Organizzare la riunione mensile di strategia.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria, Economia e indirizzi affini;
- Proattività e dinamismo;
- Buone abilità comunicative nella presentazione dei propri lavori;
- Buona predisposizione alle relazioni interpersonali e al lavoro in Team;
- Ottime capacità analitiche e conoscenza dei linguaggi di programmazione (es. VBA/Phyton);
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.

- Tirocinio di 6 mesi;
- Orario full-time;
- Disponibilità a brevi trasferte nazionali.
