As a Regional Sales, you will be responsible for the management of an area as defined by a specific number of sales territories within the Neurosurgery domestic sales organization so that it efficiently achieves the sales goals while producing a profitable contribution to Integra.
RESPONSIBILITIESS
- Develop realistic quarterly sales objectives with each representative.
- Provide accurate sales forecast to NSD.
- Demonstrates a high level of business acumen to maximize contribution margin through pricing decisions, expense spending decisions and the use of organizational resources (Prof Ed Education, Marketing).
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals, identify new opportunity to gain MS and protect MS in own territory
.Prepares and presents Plan to the Respective Leaders of Sales which encompasses all territories’ contribution projections. Maintains and updates this Plan on routine basis
.Analyze sales, marketing and financial information to monitor achievement toward sales and margin goals.
- Build and keep relationship with local KOL.
- Work with the sale reps to plan, target and close local business opportunities (Territory Plan)
- Ensure direct and Indirect sales force work in line with company strategy
.Operate within defined budgets.
