We are seeking a **passionate and driven Assistant Director of Food & Beverage**, responsible for leading and coordinating all hotel F&B operations (**restaurant, bar, room service, and special events** ) reporting directly to the **Hotel Manager**.

**Principali Responsabilità**
- Supervisionare e coordinare tutte le operazioni F&B, garantendo standard elevati di qualità, servizio e coerenza con l’identità Caesar Augustus.
- Presenza costante sul floor durante i servizi principali, per monitorare la qualità del servizio, supportare i team operativi e mantenere un contatto diretto con gli ospiti.
- Guidare e motivare i team di ristorante, bar, room service e cucina in stretta collaborazione con lo Chef e i rispettivi responsabili di reparto.
- Definire e implementare strategie operative per ottimizzare la qualità dell’esperienza ospite e la redditività dei punti vendita.
- Sviluppare e aggiornare i menu in sinergia con lo Chef, assicurando la coerenza con la filosofia gastronomica dell’hotel.
- Monitorare i costi, gestire i budget e analizzare i risultati F&B, individuando opportunità di miglioramento e innovazione.
- Garantire la piena conformità agli standard HACCP e alle normative di sicurezza e igiene.
- Curare la formazione del personale F&B, promuovendo un ambiente positivo, motivante e orientato all’eccellenza.
- Collaborare con la Direzione nella pianificazione ed esecuzione di eventi, banchetti e funzioni speciali.
- Promuovere la cultura dell’ospitalità, la sostenibilità e la valorizzazione dei prodotti locali.
- Rappresentare la visione e i valori Caesar Augustus con professionalità, entusiasmo e spirito di squadra.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Oversee and coordinate all F&B operations, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and consistency in line with the Caesar Augustus identity.
- Maintain an active presence on the floor during key service periods to monitor service quality, support operational teams, and ensure direct guest engagement.
- Lead and motivate the restaurant, bar, room service, and kitchen teams in close collaboration with the Chef and outlet managers.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest experience quality and outlet profitability.
- Work with the Chef to design and update menus aligned with the hotel’s culinary philosophy.
- Monitor costs, manage budgets, and analyze F&B performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP standards and health and safety regulations.
- Train and develop F&B staff, fostering a positive, motivated, and excellence-driven work environment.
- Collaborate with management in planning and executing events, banquets, and special functions.

**Qualifications** Requisiti**
- Esperienza consolidata in ruoli manageriali nel settore F&B in strutture di lusso (preferibilmente 5* o Relais & Châteaux).
- Eccellenti capacità di leadership, comunicazione e gestione del personale.
- Conoscenza approfondita delle operazioni
