HZI’s Service Group combines its own research and development with comprehensive manufacturing and erection capabilities to support our clients throughout the entire life cycle of their plant.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Relevant professional experience in plant engineering or in one of the sub-areas of boiler, steel, apparatus, pipeline construction
- Analysis of the customer contract with regard to requirements for quality management and quality assurance and the highlighting of issues that require special attention in the context of the processing
- Plans the project-specific quality assurance measures
- Ensures that the planned Q measures are implemented
- Adapting the project-specific quality plans
- Creates and manages the project-specific quality assurance program (QC program)
- Review and formal release of test plans (ITPs) and other manufacturing and quality-related documents
- Coordinates the planned Q measures of the various delivery lots during production
- Project-specific QA briefing of internal and external inspectors
- Operational planning of the inspectors (INS) according to the QC program
- Accompanying the customer during customer inspections at suppliers
- Coordinates the Site Quality Manager on the construction site
- Keep up to date with the relevant legal regulations and technical standards
- Participation in the development, maintenance, transfer and further development of technical know-how within the company
- Frequent travel
- If the HSE requirements relevant to the function are aware, implements and complies with the

**Your experiences**:

- Welding training (e.g. welding specialist, welding specialist)
- Organisational talent and networked thinking
- First project experience
- Good market and product knowledge
- Can recognize and execute the possible path based on the experience
- Brings experience in using standardized methods to identify complex problems
- Can operate by means of guidelines, regulations and regulations
- Helps the department achieve its goals
- Self-management and working methodology
- Problem solving methodology
- Knowledge of non-destructive testing techniques with appropriately recognised training (e.g. EN 473)
- Knowledge of the relevant directives and standards to be taken into account in plant construction
- Knowledge and experience in the handling of common project management systems and tools
- Good MS Office skills(Excel)
- Very good English skills
- Self-management and working methodology
- Problem solving methodology
