**Job Introduction**:
**_Are you an experienced Administrator with great HR and compliance knowledge? Are you passionate about customer service and service delivery?_**

We are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Administrator to join our Human Resources and Organisational Development team. This role is 35 hours per week, to be worked Monday to Friday. The role offers a salary of £25,798, as well as exceptional benefits such as 6 weeks holiday (plus bank holidays), interest free employee loan scheme, and access to a blue light card.

This role will primarily support the Human Resources (HR) and Organisational Development (OD) Team on all aspects of the colleague lifecycle. This will include ensuring ongoing compliance checks (for example right to work, DBS), managing the HR database, monitoring HR processes (i.e. probation, induction, exit interviews), providing the first point of contact for HR queries, recruitment campaigns and the onboarding of new starters.

**What you will need**:

- Experience of working within an HR or recruitment department
- An understanding of payroll processes
- A solid understanding of compliance
- Experience of taking responsibility and ownership of area of work
- Experience of maintaining HR databases
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Approachable, reliable and customer orientated

- A willingness to undertake any further training required
