**HSE&E Specialist**

**Job Purpose**

With reference to the area of competence, the person will support the implementation of HSE&E projects, best HSE&E practices, by coordinating trainings and audits, by preparing necessary procedures and instructions, by interacting with all departments, to guarantee the development of the HSE&E culture.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Make sure that all HSE&E policies, procedures, instructions are communicated to the heads of departments and employees
- Support in the identification and the sharing of the best HSE&E practices for the development of the HSE&E culture, through constant contact with the dedicated local functions and by preparing reports and presentations with findings for the Superior and the internal functions involved
- Active participation in the design and implementation of HSE&E projects and the analysis of their efficiency and efficacy, by constantly monitoring the progress of activities, keeping the Superior informed and taking action whenever support is needed
- Periodically develop and distribute HSE&E reports, presentations and HSE&E topics
- Analyze the need of HSE&E trainings, develop HSE&E training matrix for all the employees
- Organize high-quality HSE&E trainings for all the departments by training centers
- Coordinate appropriate induction training for personnel on HSE&E topics
- Support the development of HSE&E instructions and guidelines
- Monitor legislation’s changes and ensure they are duly reflected in the company’s documents
- Support the audit process in terms of HSE&E standards compliance

**Key Requirements**

Master's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Management Engineering or equivalent

Fluency in Italian and English
