Team Overview and Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Group Intellectual Property VP, the Intellectual Property Patent and Trademark assistant will provide support to Management of the Company patent and trademark portfolio in agreement with the Company strategic mission in order to protect the Company patent portfolio, brands and trademarks.- Management of the Corporate trademark portfolio (renewals, declarations of use, finding proof of use) and the related legal documentation- Implementation of the strategies to optimize the Group's trademark portfolio:
- Management of new trademark filing requests and development;- Management and updating of the corporate trademark database- Coordination of external consultants activity (Italian and foreign) activity;-
- Assist the management of the patent portfolio by managing the deadlines relating to the deposit of official actions and supporting documentation and by updating the patent database and paper archives of practices.

Who are we looking for?- Preferred 5 years of experience as Patent or Trademark paralegal or legal assistant.- Good verbal and written communications skills, listening, influencing and presentation skills, ability to work and communicate in a diverse global organization- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, strong at problem-solving and critical thinking- Team player, with cultural awareness and curiosity, willing to work with other functions- Proficient in Windows programs- Italian & English fluent
