**Market Manager Assistant**

**Job Summary**

To provide high quality administrative support to the Market Manager Team

**Key Responsibilities**
- Business Analysis
- Assist Market Manager with business needs/tools to include reports (sales, vendor), spreadsheets and any other required data
- Complete special projects and perform analysis as needed when requested by Market Manager
- Coordinate and prepare all necessary information (pre and post) for both internal and external meetings to include business meetings, store/market visits, vendor meetings, appraisals, strategy meetings and presentations.
- Attend such events as needed to make notes, summarise and follow up with outcomes of the meeting
- Administrative support
- Coordinate Market Manager’s weekly itineraries, diary management and travel arrangements, partner with Buying Director Secretary as needed to coordinate divisional trips and meetings
- Maintain department calendar including trade shows, strategy meetings, walkthroughs, other business meeting, appraisals, team holidays etc.
- Coordinate with Market Manager Administrators in other divisions to manage trade show attendance, distribute strategy and plan for the show and summarise outcome of show to distribute to all relevant parties
- Liaise with Merchandise Assistant to collate Buyers itineraries and travel plans
- Assist and support Market Managers and Market Manager Administrators from other buying offices
- Organise and prepare expense reports, collate and manage receipts
- Support the Market Manager with general administration (post, faxes, photocopying, troubleshoot technology issues etc).
- Supporting Market Manager with set up for new buyers - hardware, induction programme, etc.
- Facilitate meetings - book rooms on and off-site, arrange refreshments, communicate with global team regarding details
- Cover phone calls when Market Manager is out of the office
- Emergency situations - support the Buying community with any help needed in emergency, crisis or unexpected circumstances
- Maintain confidentiality
- May be involved in business travelling based on Companys’ needs
