All’interno di questo quadro è stata espressa l’esigenza di ricercare e selezionare la figura di un/una

**HEAD OF IT & DIGITAL INNOVATION**:
**Main responsibilities**:
La posizione riporta al Direttore Esecutivo e coordina un team qualitativo e ben strutturato.

Sara' responsabile della definizione delle strategie IT, del design e dell’implementazione di progetti di Digital Innovation a supporto del business in accordo con le linee guida aziendali.
- Laurea preferibilmente in Ingegneria Informatica e buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Esperienza in ruoli manageriali IT o di CIO con solide competenze Digital e IT, che abbiano contribuito in modo diretto allo sviluppo dell’azienda, apportando innovazione e metodo; avrà inoltre implementato con successo un nuovo sistema CRM
- Proverrà' da aziende di beni o servizi dedicati al mercato B2C operanti preferibilmente nei settori Utilities, Energy, TLC, Consumer, etc.
- Disporrà' di una spiccata leadership e una forte capacita' di promuovere e favorire un nuovo approccio Digital/IT in collaborazione con il Leadership Team e con tutte le funzioni aziendali
- Esperienza di people management, attitudine al coaching e sviluppo delle persone
- Conoscenza delle infrastrutture IT on-premise e in cloud, dei principali sistemi dell’industry di riferimento e dei principali paradigmi di integrazione fra sistemi
- Conoscenza e gestione delle tematiche di cyber security, della sicurezza dei dati e dei sistemi e degli aspetti Privacy e GDPR legati all’ambito IT
- Ottima conoscenza dei principali processi ITIL, con particolare riferimento a Demand Management, Release & Deploy Management, Incident & Problem Management, Service Request Management e SLA Management
