We are looking for a **Manager **who will aid in the expansion of our Business Innovation, Technology & Sustainability team, with a special focus on the **Strategy and Organization field**. You will have the chance to work in a dynamic business and technology environment, driving **new market trends** in innovative areas.

**Your Duties & Responsibilities**:
As part of the team, you will contribute with:

- Defining, maintaining and ensuring **project management** standards across the organization
- Providing the right business solution through **direct contact with the Clients**:

- Planning, designing and leading key group meetings
- Planning and coordinating the **execution of action**:

- **Gathering customer and/or business requirements** and perform functional analysis
- **Supporting the client in processes review **or **design,** driving the functional requirements collection and definition
- Supporting the **definition and collection of project concepts** ensuring continuous alignment between the structures and functions involved
- **Managing reporting for continuous monitoring** of project initiatives and intercepting any critical issues in advance
- **Contributing in the identification of the best technologies** to be used for each of the projects that will be addressed

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the fields of **economics, management or engineering**
- **At least 5 years of experience,** gained in leading management consulting firms
- Previous experience in all the **Organizational Development projects phases**: _as is _analysis and process mapping_, to be_ proposals design, materials preparation to support the decision, tracking implementation
- Good knowledge of the **Office package** (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- **Willingness to travel on clients’ sites based in Verona area**
