- RINA is currently recruiting for a **Project Services Specialist** to join its office in **Genoa or Milan** within the Energy Project Solutions Division.
**Mission**
The Site Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe execution of activities at the site. The individual should be dedicated to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Effective communication and collaboration with managers, along with proactive problem-solving, are essential for success in this role.
**Key Accountabilities**
- The Project services specialist will be responsible for providing Project Services to support and to monitor the projects' development, dealing with cost, time, risk and management.
He/She will be in charge of developing and implementing procedures, reporting and managing data and documents within the client's management systems, working across departments and business disciplines.
He/She will support planning and scheduling, linking them to project progress and costs, highlighting deviations and proposing corrective actions.
He/She will carry out cost reconciliation analyses
He/She will contribute to the definition of budgets and forecasts
He/She will be able to develop quantitative risk analysis (e.g. Monte Carlo) and assessments
He/She will manage the contractors, evaluating proposals and ensuring the compliance to the client's procedures and applicable standards
He/She will take care of the technical and administrative documentation, supporting the entire contractual life cycle- #LI-WB1**Education**
