**The Project Document Controller will be integrated in a team of professionals, who sustains the Company goal to take the energy forward, by granting a rigorous and accurate Project Infrastructure, a foundational element of how Baker Hughes executes its projects flawlessly.**:

**As a Document Controller, you will be responsible of managing and controlling the documentation process within our organization, ensuring a smooth documentation transition towards our Customers. You will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of all documents, while adhering to relevant guidelines and standards.**:
**As a Customer Project Support, you will be responsible for**:

- ** Interfacing with our Customers in order to ensure full alignment of both documentation lists and procedures.**:

- **Aligning lists and producing reports to track document exchange**.**:
**Fuel your passion**:
**To be successful in this role you will**:

- ** Have a bachelor's in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.**:

- ** Have proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role, in a regulated industry would be a plus.**:

- ** Have an excellent understanding of document control processes, systems, and best practices.**:

- ** Have proficiency in using electronic document management systems and other document control tools.**:

- ** Have advanced expertise in Office 365 tools (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.**:

- ** Have excellent organizational and time management skills, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.**:

- ** Be proficient in English (spoken and written).**:

- ** Have the ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.**:

- ** Have high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.**:
