**Role Purpose**:
The IT Cost Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the cost management of the IT area (e.g. infrastructure, SW licenses, SW developments and maintenance).

**Key responsibilities and ownership of decisions**:

- Develop and sustain long term relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. IT Project Managers/ Finance/ Supply Chain Management/ Vodafone Shared Service Centres)
- Manage IT costs (Capex & Opex): collection of project/activity requirements, support of approval process
- Manage IT cost analysis: cost model definition, reporting and optimisation
- Support in the fiscal year forecasting and closing process

**Key skills, knowledge and experience**:

- Fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of IT processes (e.g. Waterfall & Agile methodologies)
- Knowledge of forecasting and closing processes
- Proactive and result-oriented
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a high-demand, high-pressure environment
- Able to work effectively in multitasking with exceptional analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written

**Technical/professional qualifications**:

- 3 years of work experience
- Degree in Management
