Working in the Process Automation in Genoa, you will support the optimization of the execution of small system projects, ensuring that they are performed in line with procedures, specifications, standards requirements, and targets.
**This position reports to**:
Project Operations Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Assist the Project Managers in all the project phases, from tender to delivery.
- Interact with all functions involved (engineering, procurement, quality, controlling, etc.).
- Analyze processes and procedure applied in project execution.
- Identify best practice and opportunities for improvement.
- Define processes optimizations with the aim to reduce lead time and overall costs.
**Your background**:
- Student in management engineering.
- Knowledge of Office Package, in particular Excel.
- Good Knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken is necessary.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
