**Responsibilities**:
The Junior HR Generalist supports the HR Business Partner in processes such as personnel management, recruiting and onboarding, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, training, and employee development.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Recruitment and selection of personnel
- Support in personnel management
- Compensation and benefits
- Management of reports, organizational charts, and job descriptions
- Handling of employment contracts
- Development and implementation of HR policies

**Technical Requirements**:

- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of the MS Office suite

**Soft Skills**:

- Interest in the Human Resources field
- Problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a team
