**What You’ll Do**:
Venue Manager, Off Venue Hospitality (OVH) Event Production is a key role with a primary responsibility for the final preparations and world-class operations of his/her venue in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders. This role includes implementing processes, managing, and coordinating all necessary resources, making the appropriate decisions, and leading the hospitality venue team to ensure at each day efficient, safe, and high-quality working conditions for the suppliers and above all, services for every guests.

The Venue Manager works closely with:
On On Location side:

- the Director, OVH Event Production (N+1).
- the other venue managers (to share both the best practices as well as the problems and the solutions provided).
- On Location FAs.
- Venue operator representatives.

On Third party providers:

- Production Agencies
- Caterers
- Entertainment providers
- Hospitality staffing agencies
- Other

**Essential functions & responsibilities**:

- Work in collaboration and coordination with Director - Off Venue Hospitality (OVH) to:

- manage venue contracts.
- deliver the best hospitality programs with as much consistency as possible while building structure/organization with the team in place.
- update Director Event Production of day-to-day progresses and challenges; and request input and advice for key decisions
- Work in partnership with the commercial product architecture team to define and/or adjust service levels and manage budget per Olympic venue based upon sport, demand, sessions and sales levels.
- Work in partnership with all FAs involved and more especially, with those having an impact on the Event Production team delivery - included but not limited to F&B, Art and Design, Entertainment, Overlay, Workforce, Accreditation, Logistic, Gifting
- Manage overall project milestones and timelines.
- Manage P&L and track expenditures.
- Manage suppliers and vendors.
- Encourage and support use of sustainable products, when available.
- Attend all meetings (virtual/in person) in relation with his/her cluster and report on behalf of the Event Production team(s) as it relates to the OVH hospitality programs.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Main point of contact on-site, representing the Event Production Team and more globally, the company.
- Develop the overall operational planning of the OVH Venues
- Update existing or upcoming operational tools.
- Facilitate and lead production meetings with key staff.
- Troubleshoot, anticipate and act proactively on event aspects of role, leading up and following turn over to production implementation team.
- Forecast, qualify and maintain budget

- File storage
- Monthly days reports
