Private Debt Analyst (Milan, Italy)

MISSIONS:
The new resource will be part of the pan-European Private Debt team and will be based in Milan. He/she will be in charge to support the team in the evaluation, screening, execution and monitoring of Private Debt transactions in Italy:

- Studying and analyzing activity, market, positioning, historical financial performance of target companies
- Creating financial models, performing scenario analysis on companies business plan
- Writing credit notes and investment committee memorandums
- Monitoring portfolio operations, writing periodical follow-up reports and analyzing internal/external reporting

PROFILE:

- Degree from a Top Business School or Engineering
- Previous experience ideally in M&A in an investment bank or Leverage Finance in a bank or credit fund
- Fluency in Italian and English (French is a plus)
- Strong financial modeling skills and attention to details
- Dynamic, proactive, motivated team player with good analytical and synthesis skills, autonomous, open-minded and entrepreneurial
- International mindset, international experience are a plus
