Process Excellence & Finance Transformation Manager

We are looking for a manager with solid Financial Reporting, Planning and Analysis expertise and digital knowledge skills.
He/She must have experience in multinational companies and a strong passion for driving business excellence and change management. Mindset oriented to support the finance governance transformation and the financial IT platforms digitalization.
Is required partnership abilities within international matrix organizations, ability to lead cross-functional projects towards change management, governance simplification, standardization and automation.

The Process Excellence & Finance Transformation Manager will use his/her professional competences, analytical skills and relationship attitude (involving also other departments) to support the new suite Oracle EPM implementation and some other finance transformation projects.

What you will do

Main activities
- Optimization financial processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and implementing best practices to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
- Identification of opportunities for process optimization, implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement efforts.
- finance governance simplification, standardization and automation
- evaluate existing finance processes and procedures to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
- change management driven, motivated with a proven ability to support implementation of best practice

What you need to succeed

Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Finance related field, or Engineering
- 7+ working experience in complex finance organizations or in consulting,
- experience in Business Process, Budgeting, Analysis, Reporting, preferably developed in FP&A Department
- project management experience
- very good knowledge of SAP CO and FI modules
- digitalization and process re-organization attitude
- excellent communication skills and the ability and focused to deliver results
- ability to plan, follow up and work at different levels and with different cultures
- focused to deliver results
- excellent English knowledge

Nice to have
- knowledge of other Sap financial modules and Oracle EPM suite will be considered a plus
