**The Opportunity**:
As part of Tomorrow's internship programme, you'll gain hands-on experience in HR and labour law practices within our esteemed fashion and retail group. You'll have the unique opportunity to work alongside industry leaders and contribute to Tomorrow's mission of fostering creativity and innovation within the fashion landscape.

**HR Intern Responsibilities**:
As a HR intern with Tomorrow, you'll take on a range of responsibilities to support our HR and labour law initiatives. These may include:
Ensuring compliance with local employment laws, social security, and tax regulations.

Coordinating administrative tasks such as absence tracking, overtime, holiday management, HR system updates, and immigration procedures.

Assisting in recruitment and local hiring processes.

Managing current benefits administration and ensuring coordination with the London-based HR team.

Providing assistance to the internal payroll function to ensure timely and accurate monthly processes.

Facilitating the smooth management of global HR processes such as performance evaluation, compensation/promotion, and fostering communication with local and London BU management as well as London HR coverage colleagues.

Overseeing the onboarding and exit processes for joiners and leavers.

Providing HR management advice and support to local employees.

**Learning Objectives**:
Throughout the internship, you'll work towards predefined learning objectives collaboratively set by you, our organisation, and any relevant educational institutions. These objectives will guide your experience, ensuring you gain valuable insights and develop essential competencies aligned with your career aspirations.

**Supervision and Mentorship**:
You'll receive ongoing supervision and mentorship from experienced professionals within our organisation. Your designated supervisor or mentor will provide guidance, support, and feedback to help you navigate challenges and maximise your learning experience during the internship.
