All’interno del team Innovation Services stiamo ricercando una figura con competenze in ambito Fintech, che sia appassionata di tematiche di innovazione, startup, tecnologia e servizi finanziari.

In particolare, ti occuperai di:

- Attività di scouting e valutazione di Startup in collaborazione con i principali incubatori e acceleratori;
- Proporre Startup innovative al fine di accelerare l’innovazione all’interno della Banca e delle Società Controllate;
- Partecipare a progettualità con forte componente innovativa;
- Condurre in autonomia meeting di allineamento in merito alle attività di scouting, valutazione e proposta sia all’interno del team sia verso gli altri stakeholder.

Richiediamo inoltre un’ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office e una conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata.
