Notre client est un des acteurs européens majeurs de la distribution aux professionnels.
**Description**: Nous recrutons un Directeur Supply Chain H/F basé à Milan (Italie).
La gestion d’une Supply Chain et d’une logistique de distribution, multisites, intégrée et internationale (en développement) est un des élément clés et structurants du succès de notre client.
Les flux sont majoritairement composés de crossdock, complétés par une capacité de stockage ciblée. La distribution omnicanal se fait en France et en Europe. La relation et l’expérience clients est au cœur des attentions de la Direction Supply Chain.
Rattaché(e) au Directeur Général et membre du CODIR, vous avez pour mission principale de contribuer à la transformation stratégique et opérationnelle de la Supply Chain omnicanal de l’entreprise.
Vous avez les responsabilités suivantes:
- Piloter les services Approvisionnement, Logistique (supervision d’entrepôts en propre), Distribution (partenariat avec les différents transporteurs), Reverse Logistics, Customer Service...,
- Manager en direct une équipe pluridisciplinaire,
- Superviser les équipes opérationnelles et être garant du bon climat social sur les sites,
- Coordonner l'utilisation des moyens (humains et techniques) en étroite collaboration avec les services Achats, Supply Chain, Approvisionnement, Commerce..., afin d'atteindre les objectifs de qualité, de productivité et d'efficacité définis par le groupe,
- Gérer les différents projets liés à la transformation de la Supply Chain,
- Reporting régulier à la Direction Générale.
**Profil**: De formation supérieure (Bac+5), vous justifiez d’une expérience confirmée sur un poste similaire.
Les qualités managériales fortes seront nécessaires:
- Expertise et forte légitimité dans la gestion des process d’une supply chain omnicanal opérationnelle
- Pilotage de sites logistiques
- Management d’équipe importantes (en transverse et en direct)
- Appétence et expertise sur de enjeux de transformations complexes
- Déploiement et gestion de projets de grande envergure (amélioration continue, Lean Management)
- En véritable acteur de la transformation, vous savez « remettre en cause l’existant » avec tact et intelligence.
