**RESPONSIBILITIES (=) MAIN TASKS (+)**
- Support to Cost controllers
- + Analyze invoices received against Purchase orders
- + Monitor project cost accounting
- + Prepare intercompany invoices according to contractual terms with adequate back-up and book accounting records
- + Check intercompany bookings accuracy
- + Prepare accounting bookings related to Project Cost control (Cost accruals, Manhours Cost, third part costs)
- + Assure admin tasks related to projects
- Client invoicing
- + Prepare client invoices according to contractual terms with adequate back-up and book accounting records
- + Follow up invoices date of receipt, payments from clients and Issue reminders when necessary.
- Provide ad hoc support to BPS Business controller / cost controllers
- + support to prepare consolidation Files to be presented to the management

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent in a financial / accounting related degree

**Experience**:

- N/A

**Specific competencies**:

- Fluent in English.
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a methodical approach to work,
- Ability to analyze information and be comfortable with data,
- Solid IT skills, with good knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to learn specialist software,
- Excellent team working attitude, relationship-building and interpersonal skills
