- Technical & Performance function of MBDA Italy is looking for _a Product Assurance Processes & Tool development:
**Requirements**:
Accademic background
- Bachelor's degree or Master in Engineering or equivalent
Professional experience- Minimum 5 years of experience in company processes of Product Assurance, configuration management, management of non-conformant product- Experience in SAP, Process Management and Product Assurance
- Knowledge of problem solving methods such as Lean 6 sigma, 8D, and/or Airworthiness, or APQP/PPAP will be a plus
Role and responsabilities:
INTERNATIONAL CONTEXT
- To be the interface between Product Assurance / Project Team and Quality Management team:
- for studying the impact of process modification to achieve the international harmonization
- contribute to QUICK WIN change of processes to prepare the future harmonized process
- Contribute to activities of Group Configuration Control Board (GCCB) of SAP
- Contribute to develop the international process of Product Gates
- Contribute to initiatives for improvement of processes for Product Quality Management
- Participate to the Lean 6 Sigma working Group to sustain the L6S deployment across MBDA
- Contribute to the Product Office Dashboard
- Perform allocated Product Assurance Office actions and facilitate information sharing across countries
NATIONAL CONTEXT
- To be the national focal point for SAP development relevant to management of non-conformant product and proposal of modification into GCCB
- Management of National Configuration Control Board of SAP
- Optimization and development of new metrics SAP/QM and indicators for the monthly reports of QN and concessions
- Contribute to studying of Cost Engineering by means of exigencies of Product Assurance
- Facilitate Product Assurance Lessons learned collect and deployment of best Practices
- Be part of Internal audit teams and perform some Product Assurance assessments
Skills and competencies
- Good knowledge of SAP and capability to use
- Good knowledge of main company processes such as Design, Development, Production, management of non-conformant product, configuration management.
- Good knowledge of main Standards of Quality Assurance (EN9100; ISO 9001, AQAP 2110)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel to create metrics and indicators
- Leadership and capability to establish good relationship, team Building
- Good knowledge of products for Defense / Aeronautics / Space in the frame of Product Assurance or technical or management
Languages skills- Fluent English (B2)- French (B1) will be a plus
Available to travel for short periods in Italy and abroad (France, UK and Germany)
