We deliver value-added distribution, business consulting and channel enablement services to the world's leading technology manufacturers and their channel partners that serve commercial and government markets.

Cloud business is growing very fast, and the Italian Cloud team is looking for a person for an
**INTERNSHIP **based in Bolzano or Milan that will have a chance to support the operations related to the cloud sales.

The main purpose is to support Arrow' customers in the usage of ArrowSphere, our cloud marketplace, and ensure the correct and speed fulfillment of the orders, monitoring them in the entire process, from the sales quotation to the invoice.

As an Intern at Arrow, you will be designated to a specific partner and you will be supporting internal colleagues from sales team who are meeting clients in the field. You will provide support with offers and quotations preparations. Day contact with existing client regarding order processes which include upscale discussion. And you will keep in touch with customers who had not bought in a long time.

You are proactive and easy-going person with knowledge in IT and you are passionate about new technologies.

**What would you learn?**
- To work on quotes for small to medium customers.
- To support partners using the Arrow' cloud marketplace ArrowSphere
- To manage the setup of partners and orders on ArrowSphere
- To create quotes, processing sales and purchase orders
- To manage backlog, expediting orders and trouble-shooting
- To Improve the customer experience by coordinating with the European cloud team about improvements and updates of ArrowSphere
- To create weekly reports

**What are we looking for?**
- A person who has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or work experience
- Strong interest in Cloud area
- Willingness and capability to learn and develop
- ** Very good communication skills
