**Position Snapshot**
- Local Business Unit - Sanpellegrino
- Minimum 2 years of cross-functional experience in project management and marketing experience will be a plus
- Degree in a relevant field
- Experience of project management is need, gained through participation to I&R projects will be a plus;

**Position Summary**

Support the leading of I/R projects for local brands, primarily Levissima and Sanbitter, following the innovation gate stage principles

Co-lead medium and low complexity projects

**A Day in the Life of an Innovation Specialist**
- Project management: Co-Lead medium low complexity innovation and renovation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Support in building market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities
- Lead the management of the innovation track tools for the Business Unit, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Ensure flawless execution of I&R projects by coordinating operational tasks coordinating all the functions in all the innovation steps: such as data analysis, support in brief construction for consumer tests, coordination of R&D function for recipes development, tastings organization, sample shipments,
- Monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of innovation initiatives in terms of sell out data
- Present innovative ideas to senior management and stakeholders
