Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth? Join our sales and be remarkable as a National Account Executive for 12 Months, reporting to the Senior Sales Manager National Accounts.
In this role, you’ll be at the center of the team working on achieving assigned sales objectives and deliver profitable customers growth. You’ll soon become an expert on the way we work with our customers and maintain those important relationships. If you have expertise in strategic planning, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Collaboration with Sales Manager - Share responsibility for quarterly and annual results of assigned customers, focusing on smaller customers, local cooperatives, and single district negotiations.
Account Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, ensuring excellent implementation of the 4Ps (presence, placement, price, and promotion).
Promotional Planning - Contribute to annual promotional planning and manage assortment definitions to drive sales growth.
Sales Analysis - Monitor and analyse sales KPIs and ROI for assigned customers, providing actionable recommendations to optimize performance.
Support Major Presentations - Assist the Sales Manager with major presentations, including customer business reviews, new item introductions, and category trend reviews.
We’re Looking for Someone With
A degree or equivalent work experience required in sales and/or marketing, and/or other FMCG industry related functions.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency level of English.
