**HRIS SPECIALIST**

**Requisiti**:
**_What you’ll do
-**:

- You will join the HRIS team in the HR Business Area and reporting directly to HRIS Project Manager

**_This position is crucial to our ability automate and improve business processes and workflows_**:
**_
Who you are:_**:

- Good understanding of HR functional areas, practices, reporting needs and data analyst
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to identify, troubleshot and resolve system issues
- Proactive approach to process improvement
- Ability to manage multiple high priority task and adjust to shifting priorities, while meeting dead lines
- Experience working cross-functionality with stackeholders and other Business Unit
- Ability to quickly adapt to learn new system and processes
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as on a team
- Ability to learn technology quickly trought instruction and self-training
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with confidential and sensitive HR/payroll information and critical business process require
