**Description**

MISSION
Supportare il team HSE e raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali in tema di salute, sicurezza e ambiente.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Contribuire a stabilire, documentare, implementare, mantenere e migliorare continuamente il

Sistema di Gestione Locale HSE in conformità con gli Standard Internazionali e le Procedure Locali;
- supervisionare l'implementazione delle attività Hitachi sui progetti in conformità con le Politiche

HSE, i requisiti legislativi HSE, i requisiti HSE dei clienti e il sistema di gestione HSE;
Identificare i rischi e i pericoli, collaborare alla valutazione del rischio e l'identificazione delle misure

di controllo necessarie in virtù della Legislazione HSE applicabile, dei requisiti del Cliente HSE e del Sistema di Gestione HSE;
- Condurre gli audit e le ispezioni in conformità ai requisiti legislativi HSE;
- Implementare i Programmi HSE per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi e traguardi HSE;
- Gestire le risorse HSE esterne nominate in Cantiere;
Partecipare all'identificazione delle esigenze di formazione HSE e condurre la formazione HSE

secondo il Programma di formazione;
- Contribuire durante la fase di bidding all'identificazione dei requisiti legali;
- Definire e aggiornare le procedure per la gestione di potenziali situazioni di emergenza;
Monitorare, riportare e comunicare le prestazioni HSE e implementare soluzioni in caso di trend

negativi;
- Attuazione, indagine e analisi in caso di incidenti e inconvenienti HSE (anche in caso di near miss).

Identificare le non conformità e verificare che siano intraprese le azioni correttive / preventive per

mitigarle ed evitare il ripetersi;
- Collaborare all'implementazione della documentazione adeguata per le riunioni annuali di riesame

della direzione.
- Performance Criteria
- Rispetto delle tempistiche nella consegna dei documenti HSE e garanzia di qualità degli stessi;
- Gestione del processo di auditing
- Soddisfazione del Cliente

Skills & Knowledge
- Disponibilità agli spostamenti in Italia e all’estero
- Laurea: Ingegneria o laurea técnica simile (in alternativa Master HSE qualificato)
- Da 5 anni di esperienza aziendale / anni di esperienze di progetto
- Tecniche di comunicazione, presentazione e formazione
- Gestione HSE di progetti in area High Speed, Mass Transit, Railways
- Tecniche organizzative e conoscenza dei processi aziendali
- Conoscenza delle tecniche di stima dei costi e di formulazione di un budget
- Conoscenza della normativa in materia di salute, sicurezza e ambiente
- Conoscenza degli standard applicabili e delle certificazioni (ISO 45001- 18001-14001)
